Wardrobe for Opportunity is a Californian nonprofit which empowers low-income aspiring professionals across the Bay Area to launch and tailor their careers. I volunteered with the organization via Catchafire.org to create a brand messaging guide to communicate its new goals and direction to its three main audiences (2018).
The brand messaging guide is designed to help the organization’s staff and volunteers accomplish these objectives:
- Communicate core organizational identity, mission, and vision messages and program details to empower aspiring professionals and increase donation and volunteer numbers.
- Adopt new taglines and talking points to help the organization communicate clearly and concisely.
- Pull from a pool of recommended messages tailored for common communication channels (e.g., website copy, printed marketing collateral, verbal pitches).
Craig was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was understanding of our needs and very knowledgeable about brand messaging.
